After 15-minutes a $25 late fee will be applied. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. All deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred one time only. Any style changes must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please arrive with clean hair free of all products and oils. Ensure that any previous styles are fully removed prior to your appointment. If you would like a wash and blow-dry service, please be sure to add this option when booking. Clients who do not apply heat to their hair must ensure it is properly detangled before arrival.

Appointments scheduled before 9:00 am or after 5:00 pm are subject to an additional $50 after-hours convenience fee will apply.

Due to limited space, additional guests are not permitted. Only the client being serviced may attend the appointment.
